Submission Wrestling is a total body work out with an emphasis on base, balance, position and flowing. You will learn takedowns, trips, throws along with groundwork including hip movement, escapes, reversals, hold downs, joint locks, chokes ... with the goal of controling your adversary to the point of submission. 

R1 Submission is a 'hands on' class with all sessions ending with various degrees of submission training leaving you the option to escalate or moderate your workout.
