There will be NO SPARRING whatsever.

Appropriate workout attire includes Shorts, T-shirt, athletic shoes ...

Equiptment Needed

ALL Boot Camp members must bring their own boxing gloves, hand wraps and

mouthpiece which are available @ the R1 Pro Shop for $60.00
